Yes, but all our rooms are equipped with emergency exit buttons that allow easy exit if ever necessary.

Of course! However, we highly recommend having an adult in the group to assist in the more complex puzzles. We also do custom events for kids, just contact us for more information.

Your group will be given 60 minutes to solve the rooms.

We ask that you arrive 20 minutes before the booking time to allow for briefing and bathroom breaks before entering the room. If you fail to show up by that time, you and your group will miss critical information and we will begin the room regardless of whether everyone arrived.

Feel free to walk in to book an escape room. However, to make sure we have a room and team member ready for your party, we HIGHLY recommend you book your room before hand.

No, we’ve designed our puzzles to be solved without needing any outside knowledge. Everything you need to solve the room will be provided.

Our rooms do not require physical strength, most of our clues and puzzles are simply about thinking and linking things together.

If you have booked a room with fewer than 8 people, then it is possible that you can be grouped with other people. However, if you would like to have the room to yourself, booking a private room will ensure that you are not paired with any other group.
